Last year the inaugural F.A.B. 5K was born out of a lot of emotion and energy when we four running partners had been touched by breast cancer in our lives. The 2nd Annual F.A.B. 5K is driven by the same emotion and even deeper resolve that we can make a difference in this battle. The very first F.A.B. 5K was a resounding success, raising over $15,000 for The Breast Cancer Research Foundation. In addition to this, it was a wonderful, uplifting community event that runners, walkers, and volunteers all enjoyed. In 2011, we hope to continue the mission with even more participation and enthusiasm. Won’t you come join us?
